The company is always in line with design and architectural evolutions, and knows how to capture style changes and trends. You will find a wide variety of options ranging from wood materials to metallic glares; from classic elegance to more modern and experimental wefts.
LIRI has activated an Environmental Management System (EMS) for each step of the production process in compliance with the Environmental Management System Certification ISO14001:2004.
LIRI's main objective is to reduce any negative environmental impact during production and in the use of raw materials. The two thermal treatment facilities allow for the production of thermal power from waste coming from the soaking and pressing departments. This reduces both the use of natural resources such as natural gas and the amount of waste to be disposed of. The thermal treatment facilities also feature measurement systems that keep emission standards and thresholds under control. For the consideration of the environment LIRI also purchases paper from suppliers who comply with the FSC regulations. Furthermore, the decorative paper used for production does not contain heavy metals. The paper used in our process does not come from rain forests but from recycled materials. The LIRI Organization will continue to conduct its business in such a manner to conserve natural resources, reduce pollution and help protect the Earth.
